Happy Monday to all…
The morning brought an email from Big Louie and Erin P. from Casa…just wanted to say thanks for the hello’s…it’s always nice to hear from home…(also heard from Erika S. last week- HI YA!!!!!!!!!!!!!)
The weekend threatened to be very busy but turned out just right…got to GALLIVANT a bit more of Austin and explore the city…some nice areas here…but I still get lost very easy…as I tell Holly, my cardinal directions suck here…I’ll be thinking I’m going west when actually I’m going south…doesn’t help that the street you’re driving tends to change names every few miles or so…
Gallivant was capitalized because I’ve never heard anyone but Filipino dads use that word…is it actually tagalong?
Got D-Mode later this week…pretty excited…first show since moving to Texas and the first city to go to aside from Austin…the people here love their Spurs (though not as much as they love their Longhorns)…anyway- hope D-Mode play a kick ass show. If I don’t post anything about the show later this week- it means we got lost in San Antonio and are still lost…either that or I saw the 10 freeway and decided to hightail it back to So Cal…
Saw Star Wars Ep III again this week- that movie just grows on me…also saw the American Pom Poko (or at least half of it…raccoon pouches…hmm…..)
